Megan is a commercial pilot, flying Boeing 737's for a living. Previously, she has worked as a ferry pilot, a safety pilot, and in flight operations and press management for two successive world record global circumnavigations. She also flies vintage aircraft for fun, and is working towards her flight instructor rating, and a Master’s in Human Factors in Aviation.

Megan’s favourite thing about flying is that it changes how you see and navigate the world, giving a wonderful change in perspective.  She is constantly inspired by the passion and tenacity of those she meets in the industry, and hopes to inspire more young people to pursue careers in aviation. When not flying, you can usually find Megan relaxing out in nature...or enjoying apple pie and custard!

Madilyn is a commercial pilot who values adventure and education. She was brought up in the Pacific Northwest spending time exploring nature and seeking out travel. Currently, Madilyn is a flight instructor building time to meet her ATPL. In previous careers, she taught special education, and developed relationships in the mortgage industry on the lending side. She travelled the world for 7 years as Cabin Crew.. 

Madilyn has always been a dreamer and a learner who enjoys a challenge. She switched to becoming a pilot in 2021 and moved across the country to attend flight school in Arizona. To date, she has curated relationships with many diverse pilots who pursue the dream of flight.  Madilyn,,inspired by innovation, mentoring, and inclusion is beacon for those seeking knowledge and guidance!..

I'm honoured to help this team of avgeeks soar toward their potential - helping others navigate through the maze that is aviation.  I was obviously destined to be an astronaut...if it's the case that I have to wait just a little longer for selection then i shall continue to build my own rocket ship out of a fairy liquid bottle and get to Pluto myself...

I was really lucky to learn about Air Traffic Control, dashing around in a landrover on a runway (best job in the world) until I began my flying career in the Royal Air Force.  This taught me the difference between 'flying' and 'operating' and that helped me work out the value of being in a 'team' - teams that i was later privileged to manage, lead and then command in some of the most hostile places on this planet...perfect for my education in advance of the Pluto Missions! 

I am passionate not just for all things-aviation but for all things fun, all things adventure and all things that help others less fortunate than me to achieve their dreams.  

I look forward to seeing where this team wants to take me - you know what they say - if you are offered a seat on a rocket ship, then don't ask 'what seat' - just get on it!  A pretty good attitude toward life...don't you think...
